The room service, the food (breakfast buffet was amazing!!) and the restaurant staff were all kind and extremely helpful! Really felt well treated and welcomed during our whole stay.

The breakfast was amazing. I love the different options that they have. This exceeded my expectations. The staff in the hotel is so helpful with recommendations of places and directions.

the location was nice for a first time to São Paulo. Not knowing where things are and how safe your surroundings are is common for a first visit. The area felt safe and well accessible for ride share pickup/drop offs.

Good breakfast with a nice selection of fruit. The hotel has a comfortable although small rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious. Good location, close to subway, shops and restaurants, just seems to require a little extra care at night.

the location is perfect at the heart of Pinheiros next to the bars etc. The breakfast was also good and the room was good and clean
